A year of searching ended with One Uptown

Talroo finalized its lease earlier this year after the executive-led team spent more than two years comparing options. “The brand-new building, premium location and easy access to nearby amenities made it much easier to decide,” said Bruce Ge, Founder and CEO.

Inside the building: a pool, terraces, and the Domain next door

One Uptown is a 14-story office tower, roughly 350,000 square feet in all. There’s a fitness center, a shared amenity deck with a pool, outdoor terraces and gathering spaces, plus EV charging and bike storage. The Domain is also right across the road for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Uptown ATX: A 66-acre community on Austin’s former IBM campus

Uptown ATX is a mixed-use 66-acre community on the former IBM campus, located between the Charles Schwab campus and the Domain. Upon full buildout, Uptown ATX will offer over 11 acres of park space and access to more than 23 miles of existing and planned jogging trails and bike routes.

Uptown ATX offers a distinct atmosphere compared to a traditional office park. Developer Brandywine Realty Trust plans to build the neighborhood over time with more offices, residences, and retail offerings.

Transit is part of the plan too. A new CapMetro Rail station, North Burnet/Uptown Station, is planned on-site and will give the team a rail option in the future.

Talroo’s Next Chapter in Austin

For Talroo, the move is more than a change of address. It’s an investment in the people and community that will shape the company’s next chapter in Austin.

Talroo’s day-to-day operations will keep running as usual. Company phone numbers and email addresses will stay the same throughout the transition. Customers and partners can continue to reach their Talroo contacts the same way they do today, and the new address will be shared accordingly.
